Exploration Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation Models Of Government Departments

The problem of poverty is widespread both in developed and developing countries and poverty eradication is a major area of concern to governments of all countries. Since the foundation of New China, our government has been looking on the eradication of poverty as his major function, developing and organizing the implementation of a series of measures to alleviate poverty. With sixty years of unremitting efforts, our government has made obvious achievements in poverty alleviation and a variety of anti-poverty models have been formed during the practice. In this paper, the exploration of targeted poverty alleviation of government departments is closely linked with the historical process of our government's poverty alleviation.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is introduction, describing the source of this paper's topic, the purpose and significance of this research, literature review and the content and method, innovation and inadequacy about this study. The second chapter is the analysis of the government-related theory of poverty reduction, discussing some foreign countries'poverty reduction models and putting forward that the government should be in a dominant position in poverty reduction. The third chapter reviewed our government different period poverty relief course, summarized several of China's current major poverty reduction models and discussed the poverty reduction models centering on their concepts, backgrounds of the implementation, features and other aspects. The fourth chapter is the case analysis of the targeted poverty alleviation of Highway Bureau of Shanxi Province to Shilou County, which is based on its specific and actual practice, including the poverty conditions of Shilou County and the targeted poverty alleviation measures and effects of Highway Bureau of Shanxi Province. The fifth chapter unifies the the practice of Highway Bureau of Shanxi Province to Shilou County, points out the Government targeted poverty alleviation model existence the aiming mechanism, the contradiction between poverty relief project and the wish of the poverty relief object administration of the poverty relief fund, poverty relief role localization.
