The economic globalization accelerates the competition among enterprises, the focus of competition transfer from capital, products and tangible assets into brand, culture, innovation and other intangible assets. In such an environment, how to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, the realization enterprise health, sustainable development by management innovation become the problem that business executives and management personnel most want to solve.Enterprise performance management is a key management tool to realize the business strategy goal, combined by the business management process, method and system which used to make, monitor and manage business performance, involve strategy management, operation management, financial management, performance management and risk management, include several tools like balanced score card, business process management, business data mining etc, And display in the uniform of consistent. Enterprise performance management connected to the enterprise management of the three levels:strategic management, management control layer and operation layer, it's an effective management tools for enterprise refining and maintain its core competitiveness.This article based on the comprehensive overview of enterprise performance management theory, detailed analyzed problems existing in enterprise performance management, comprehensive cleared performance management system's content and methods in theory, puts forward that enterprises should clearly describe it's strategic goals and build for their own overall performance management system features, with IT tools to support full implementation of performance management, make business strategy to reality, so that enterprises can adapt quickly to market changes and improve sustainable development ability.In this paper, based on the balanced scorecard, process management, management theory, combined with the practice of Roiland management, from the perspective of corporate strategy development, overall study on Roiland's Enterprise performance management system. It provides an important reference guide in business management practices and a good basis for our enterprises to establish a scientific performance management system in the future.
