Empirical Research Of Affecting The Location Factors About Logistics Network

With the rapid economic development and increasing market competition, the logistics is not only the third source of profit, but the core competence of the representatives; it is a strategic resource which could bring the competitive advantage for enterprises. As a logistics company, the development of itself not only could improve corporate profits, but also have great significance for the economic development of modern society. As the construction of many logistics network neglect the role of market discipline, so it has a certain blindness and repetitive, and make the poor performance of some logistics network. So how to scientific research and analysis the location and layout of logistics network is very important to improve the revenues and scale of logistics company.This paper research the relationship between the layout of logistics network of certain company in North China and the level of socio-economic, analyze the status of social economic activity, to explain the factors that affect the logistics network location, which make it the theoretical basis of the layout for the logistics network. Guided by the focus method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, transport planning method and clustering associated theory, absorb and learn the experience of foreign location model and layout of chain retail, discovered that there are still some problem like not harmony in overall layout, low systematic and the lack of scientific of layout in the current logistics network layout. This study uses the SPSS18.0 software, analyzed the investigation data of 31 samples by the factor analysis, cluster analysis and multiple regression model. Based on the theoretical analysis and empirical research, we do the research as the follow:1.Proposed the factors which affecting the logistics network of this location, and build the system of variables.2.Built the empirical analysis framework which includes factor analysis, cluster analysis and multiple regression models. 3.Obtain the degree of influence of the various factors to the business performance of the logistics network by using empirical research.
