Research On Resources Sharing Evaluation Model In Collaborative Development Of Mining Area And Town

After years of mining, many mining areas in our country appear the conditions of mineral resource exhaustion, environmental deterioration, having no effective substituted industry, employment difficulty and so on, the excessive exploitation of mineral resources and the linear pattern of mining area economy triggered series of deep social, environmental and economic issues. The collaborative development of mining area and town is a new mode of mining area's collaborative development, it has important significance for the collaborative development of mining areas and towns to realize the resources sharing between mining areas and towns, and then maximize the overall interests of the resources sharing and achieve the maximum efficiency of resources allocation in this mode.Based on the collaborative development of mining area and town as the core, this paper presents shared resources of the collaborative development of mining area and town as the research object, and systematically studies the connotation, system and evaluation of the resources sharing in mining area and town collaborative development.The research is focused on the resources sharing evaluation model of mining areas and towns' collaborative development. First, according to the actual condition of mining areas and towns' collaborative development, this paper puts forward the sharing resources classification method of mining areas and towns' collaborative development, classifies the Shared resources, and establishes the general form of resources sharing path of the collaborative development of mining area and town based on the collaborative development relationship between mining areas and towns; Secondly, builds resources sharing system of mining areas and towns' collaborative development according to the extended characteristics and form of resources sharing path of the mining areas and towns' collaborative development; Finally, establishes the resources sharing degree evaluation index system by introducing the indicator of resource sharing degree, and evaluates the extent of resources sharing using the Delphi Method and Regression Analysis Method; Meanwhile based on the above theoretical analysis, empirically analyses resources sharing evaluation of Xinwen mining areas and towns' collaborative development.
