The Analysis And Application Of Lean Production In DongGuan CB

It is the time for CB to change itself due to the inexorable competition of production cost increasingly. The RMB appreciated, the inflation came upon, the prices of the raw material increased, the labor cost rose, it is very difficult for such an manufacturing enterprise to gain the advantage in the market competition.In the paper, after the analysis of DongGuan CB production system, we found there existed some problems. Through the investigation, it is feasible to implement the lean production in CB. it objective demand of lean alteration, such as the materials flow, the WIP control, the output improvement, the quality betterment towards the production process. Based upon the current situation and theoretics support, the lean production projet in CB was set forth as below:Set up lean material flow system, make the new layout of the CB plant, design lean production line and new process technics. Push the lean management and 5S, production plan and quality control.In order to change the push to pull system, increase the manufacturing efficiency, decrease the WIP, reduce lead time, in our lean production scheme, we will use the value stream mapping to analyze the production mode and draw out the improvement target, then design the detail measurement to apply to the workshop. On the basis, the research of the lean production improvement is expected to give high reference to the other similar manufacturing companies.
