But information system project management is different from construction project management, which has obviously characteristics:high intelligence intensive of project staff, the high importance of information exchange, the flexibility of target, the importance of process, and so on. Therefore, the communication management on information system project in the implementation of the whole project plays the vital role. The communication management of the information-based project take "communication is to lead first, play is a foundation, notice is a horn, check is guarantee" as a guideline, establish the communication mechanism that is "communication play draw up, the information distribute, result report and management ending of affair", and the communication mechanism pass through the whole process of item.The thesis based SRGB information system project as a case, from the feature of this item, with the knowledge of project communication management and the knowledge of information system management, and with the Questionnaire Survey to obtain some issues and problems in the item. Firstly, an example of this project are summarized, make the project of the WBS decomposition, and lists the responsibility of the project staff distribution list; secondly, communication problems in the project are summarized and refining in the form of questionnaire survey; thirdly, through the profound analysis on the problems in project communication management, the factors affecting the effective communication and the reasons of these problems, form a good communication system, establish an effective communication channel, improve your communication skills means and measures to improve the communication efficiency; make a set of effective planning for the item, improve the project management abilityto communicate, to ensure the SRBG information system projectimplementation; finally, Summarizing the results of research, and putforward the deficiency and the future research direction.The whole research analysis is around information system project inSRBG, but the program is still in progress, so the evaluation of theeffectiveness and contrast analysis of the implementation for theplanning can not show, this is as we later further research and we willpay more attention on it. Also hope that through establishing andimplementing the communication planning, which can play a positive rolefor enterprise project management in the future, and play a certainreference for other construction enterprises while they implementinformation system project.
