In recent years, with the governments, businesses and the community's joint efforts, Shanxi tourism industry has acquired a booming development, and created a good tourism image of "China has Ancient Cultivation, and Shanxi has Wonderful Scenery". However, with the rapid development of tourism in the current environment, new tourism products are emerging in endlessly, there is still a bottleneck in the development of structure of the tourism product in Shanxi province, the tourism resources province is not the true sense turn into the tourism economy province. Our tourism industry is in the key period from Accumulation of tourism industry to development of tourism industry, the optimal adjustment of tourism product structure is imperative. Therefore,with the guide of tourism market, the thesis will be raising a rationalization adjustment strategies base on the detailed analysis of Shanxi tourism structure in the current situation and problems.This thesis is divided into six parts. The first part includes the main topics of study, purpose, significance, methods, and the overall framework of the thesis.The second part is the study progress of the tourism product structure, There has a main study system analysis respectively from the structure of tourism products and tourism products both at home and abroad, then make a specific comments for the existing status of such research, also pave the way for the next chapter's theory describes.The third part discusses the concept and characteristics of tourism products, the concept of tourism product structure and determines the Basing on the principles and methods, analyze form the tourism resources, tourism market and the overall effect of tourism, then determine the rationalization standard of tourism product structure at finally.The fourth and fifth part is the key of the thesis, including analysis of the current situation of tourism products structure in Shanxi Province and the adjustment foundations of product structure's adjustment, with focus on both the markets and resources. Meanwhile, there is a detailed interpretation about the development opportunities with regard to the period of "Faster Road and Slower Visit" in Shanxi Province and the resource-based economic transformation.The part six is the core content. Basing on the rationalization standard of tourism product structure, describe the restructuring of tourism product structure in Shanxi. According to the comprehensive, harmonious and sustainable development principles, from the types, elements, time, space and other, raise the Adjustment strategy of tourism product structure.
