As the competition in the three-party financial market becomes more and more fierce,HF Holdings Co.,Ltd.proposes that that human resources are the primary productive forces.Therefore training courses for the training and upgrading of the talent system has been formulated.However,as the course continued to develop and deepen,the company found that its effectiveness was not as significant as expected.In the case of increasing investment in financial,human and material resources,the company's performance has not been improved,and the sales staff's experience of training courses has become worse and worse.Therefore,in response to this situation,the author designed a salesperson training satisfaction questionnaire through the construction of the first-level indicators of seven dimensions and the construction of thirty-nine secondary indicators subordinate to the first-level indicators,to find out which dimensions and indicators in the training is not satisfied by the sales staff,and then proposes a series of strategies to improve it.The strategies Including the satisfaction improvement strategy of the training system,the satisfaction improvement strategy of the training content,the satisfaction improvement strategy of the training method,and the satisfaction improvement strategy of the training teacher.From the perspective of the sales staff,the author builds a more humane and better staff training system based on the original training system.While enhancing employee loyalty,it provides a strong guarantee for the company to develop the required talents.At the same time,the improvement of sales staffs satisfaction with training can improve the company's performance,increase the competitiveness of the company,ensure that the company can be survived under the strict domestic regulatory requirements and the increasingly fierce competition.This paper has certain guiding significance and practical value for HF Holdings Co.,Ltd.and even the entire tripartite financial institutions.At the same time,it provides some reference solutions for the improvement of the performance of the same type of third-party wealth management companies.
