Manufacturing Enterprises Based Business Process Knowledge Chain Model Building

Manufacturers hope to improve the knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation ability of the enterprises through the implementation of knowledge management, however, the result is unsatisfactory, the main causes are wide knowledge management and decoupling between knowledge management and business process. Research on knowledge chain model has important significance on effective implementation of knowledge management, thereby manufacture enterprise knowledge chain model based on business flow is constructed on the basis of analyzing business flow and knowledge resources of manufacture enterprise in order to solve the problems in the two aspects. The model is composed of knowledge activities, supporting elements, driving factors and feedback mechanisms. Knowledge activities are the core of knowledge management, supporting elements are the basis for enterprise knowledge management, driving factors are the demand for enterprises to implement knowledge management, feedback mechanisms are used for optimizing business flow from the aspect of the rate of return. Finally, one large-scale manufacture enterprise in Heilongjiang Province is taken as example to analyze the solution on the enterprise to implement knowledge management.
