With the concern of the form of business organization and business context, many CSR researchers changed from the traditional statistical research which based on wide range samples to case study based on particular individual. As a natural combination of groups and networks, Industrial clusters began to become an impor- tant research object of CSR behavior interaction mechanism. In this regard, this paper based on the theory of Network Dynamics Research, SMEs'SR Research and SR Co-governance of corporate in clusters, through the case study of Shaoxing Spinning cluster, Haining Leather cluster and Wenzhou Shuitou Leather cluster, to examine the interrelated and interaction of CSR in clusters; then, this paper analyzes the dynamic process of CSR strategy making in clusters and resolves three questions: 1)which aspect of Cluster Corporate Social Responsibility(CCSR)behavior exists a behavior interaction;2)what is the mechanism and influencing factor of the CCSR interactive behavior; 3)what is the channel of CCSR interactive behavior and how these channels militate.On the first question, the author proposed a CSR'3+2'correction model, and texted whether the CSR components of this model will become the object of interactive behavior, the results show a total of 18 sub-dimensions CSR components of legal responsibility, moral responsibility, strategic social responsibility and philanthropy responsibility, exist in a certain degree of interaction phenomena. In addition, the author also found the starting point of these four major responsibility's interactive behavior is different, and showed an obvious stratification.On the second question, on the one hand, the author concluded mechanism of the CCSR interactive behavior as the following two: 1) through interactive behavior such as learning and imitation to reduce the cost of social responsibility strategy making and to find the optimal way to fulfill the purpose of social responsibility, this is the economic factors; 2) to promote enterprise awareness to be more close to group cognitive and the collaboration of different social factors based on resources and relationship such as social capital. On the other hand, the author devise the influence factors of CCSR interactive behavior into three aspects, cluster network,system and organizational culture, then set out the relationship of the three aspects and the CCSR interactive behavior, finally based on the analysis above, the author drew 19 research propositions.On the third question, the author clustered the channels of CCSR interactive behavior as the following four through empirical research, competition and cooperation among enterprises, informal communication between enterprises, the information-sharing platform which media and network built, the intervention of third-party organization such as government and industry associations. Then this paper took a deeper look into how it these four channels affects the CCSR interactive behavior, and on this basis, the author proposes nine propositions.Take a look of research questions and conclusions which this paper made and compared it with previous researches, the main innovation of this study is to explain the phenomenon of CCSR interactive behavior , analyzed and summarized the mechanism, components, influence factors, channels of CCSR interactive behavior, built the CCSR interactive behavior mechanism model. To some extent, this paper expanded CSR research in the view of industrial clusters, took a tentative research of the CSR interactive behavior mechanism, so it could be seen as a theoretical explorat- ion.
