Study On Jiangxi Public Finance To Support The Construction Of The Rural Social Security System

The construction of rural social security is the important cornerstone of balancing urban and rural development. There are more than 70% of the population is rural in Jiangxi province with a large number of low-income farmers. It is a difficult problem for us to establish an effective social security system. There will be faced with many theoretical problems and practical difficulties if we want establish a rural social security system and make change possible from a family of social security protection to the transition in the province.In recent years, along with the growing financial resources in Jiangxi Province and the implementation of livelihood projects, The province's finances for social security expenditure has constantly increased. The level of social security of rural residents is raising and a system with rural medical assistance system, the housing security system and so on is initially formed. The range of the new rural endowment insurance is gradually expanded and it guarantees the basic livelihood of the people in rural areas.
