| JEPC, as one of the main power plant in Jiangxi province, has been making outstanding contribution to Jiangxi's development. But in recent years, as coal price increasing, loan interest rates rising, and other reasons, the company are suffering heavy losses and difficult running. Founded in more than 30 years ago, the company single units capacity were small, energy consumption was high, most of the equipments were facing the fate of weeding out. As nation's development and reformation committee approved 2×600MW units erection, JEPC had a new development opportunity. Through 14.5 months' hard working, the 1st unit passed 168 hours trial operation at the end of 2010, and put into commercial operation, creating the shortest erection period, and best unit quality record. That is also the first unit without flue gas bypassing system in China. And the 2nd unit also put into use in May of 2011.Until now, even the units and the scale have reached the domestic advanced level, but the company has no sufficient research and plan for long-term development, has no stragetic, exact, applicable or operational development target according to its actual situation, to guide its operation and development, which are unfavorable for future continuous development.According to the author's working experience and actual observation & research, targeting the company's existing problems on management defects, oversatffing and talent shortage, and funding shortage, with using stragetic management basic theory combining power industry development actual situation, by analysing the meaning of JEPC development strategy, the company's external strategic environment, the company's internal situation, SPACE matrix analysis, SWOT stragetic selection analysis, and QSPM matrix analysis, she points out JHPC's development stragetic target, and proposed applicable and detailed company development strategy for development target. For effectively implementing the development strategy, the article formulates strategy implementing detailed measures and strategy implementing control and evaluation, so as to take the enterprise out of running difficulty in near future, and make the enterprise develope healthily and rapidly. |
