China's Housing Security System Reform And Improvement

Housing is one of the basic conditions for human survival. People will undertake other social activities only under a stable and safe housing environment. But, at present, most of the countries have a certain number of housing problem cannot be solved itself crowd in the world. Then, Housing safeguard system was born because the certain people require the nation to meet their basic housing needs.The housing security system is one of the core contents of the social security system of all countries. It relates to the social order and stability, and even regional peace. Therefore, solve the housing problem has become a test to every country.China has a long history of housing security system. To solve these question ,this paper first give a theory review on housing security system, then, analyze the present situation of economy is applicable the room and housing accumulation fund and point out the operational defect of the two systems and use DEA methods in the analyze of low-rent housing. After that,Puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions of the future development of the housing system.
