In recent years, food security situation in the present state of various food safety incidents negative impact on the global economy continues to expand increasingly serious, strengthen countries are different levels of food safety control. Although China has initially established a food safety regulatory system, but the food security situation is still not optimistic about the business of agricultural production is still very prominent food safety issues, especially the lack of agricultural producers of food safety control.
