Study On Land Use Change Of The Old Town

Land is a environmental condition for the survival of human beings as well as the foundation of development. Land use Changes are affected by relationship between human being and land, which lead to the transformation of land use type. The current Land-Use and Land-Cover Change (LUCC) is a programmatic interdisciplinary science research subject that was developed by IGBP and IHDP (the International Human Dimensions Programme), and this is a hot research topic for the global ecological community. While the research of area land use changes is an important component of the global ecological community. Tourism becomes a basic demand as people living standard improves. With the driving force of economic growth, its scale will continue to increase. Driven by higher economic interest in tourism, land use for tourism will be expanding increasingly, and tourism land use and the changes of it will become an important research direction.Tourism development is one of the important driven factors that cause the change of land use. By studying the land use in Hongcun town, this paper discusses the drive mechanism of land use changes in Hongcun, aiming to providing decision-making reference basis for policy making of tourism, land and related departments. The paper is divided into six chapters.Chapter one: Firstly, the introduction expounds the significance in theory and practice, summarizes the related research progress. Then, the content of the proposed, the technical route research methods and data sources are put forward.Chapter two: The theoretical basis part of the paper interprets some related concepts and theoretical basis of the study area, and introduces the background situation.Chapter three: Study of quantity structure. Taking Hongcun as the object, the paper analyzes the use change and land use for tourism change in quantity respectively on the research area, and compares them using the amplitude, speed and degree of quantity change as indexes.Chapter four: Spatial structure is studied. The paper analyzes the use change and land use for tourism change in space, compares the spatial variations of land use from complexity, advantage degree and evenness. and uses a graphical comparison of the spatial variations process of the land used for tourism in Hongcun town.Chapter five: Research on the driving mechanism. Studying on the driving mechanism of humanistic environment and natural environment for the changes of land use respectively in Hongcun.Chapter six: Conclusion. Main conclusions are summarized, and prospects the directions for future research.
