Compensation system is an important way for enterprises to improve performance and to achieve strategic development of organizations, Performance pay system is an important standard for test pay system, how to scientific evaluation of the effectiveness of compensation system for enterprise still is an important issue in theoretical research and management practice. Enterprises and employees, as the object of compensation system, play a decisive role for performance of compensation system, the effectiveness and incentives is an important factor in impact of the performance of compensation system. Therefore, in this paper, it use benefits and incentives as the starting point and targeted the characteristics of their own to resolve the critical issues of evaluation of corporate performance compensation system. Based on the analysis of the level of enterprises and employees, this article also focuses on the overall financial impact on the performance compensation system, and fused it to the corresponding evaluation indicators, and formation of the evaluation system of Compensation system performance and H company as an example to empirical research.This article is divided into six parts. The first part is the background and significance of this research and to full analysis and summary of research of compensation evaluation, then The raised research contents, methods and ideas in this paper. The second part describes the relevant research theories, emphasisluy described in the theory of evaluation of performance pay system and Motivation, relately evaluation. It was fully discussed on the basis of this model.The main content is part of the third and fourth. The third part is the study of business and staff remuneration system of the organization. This chapter discusses the two levels of enterprises and employees, and analyzed the impact of its pay system. Firstly analyzed the effect of level of enterprises and employees, then elaborated on how to effect the specific business benefits and incentives, employee equity and satisfaction, the initial to tease out the the corresponding dimensions of evaluation and the content of the can be assessment. The fourth part is the reseach of the evaluation system. According to research needs to design the questionnaire, and using it initial screening the index of this article and select the method of expert scoring to determine the importance of indicators it is after a preliminary screening, through calculated the mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation to selection of indicators. Finally, use the AHP set weights of the indicators and construction of the evaluation index system in this paper.The fifth part is the applied research of this evaluation system. H Company as an example in paper, according to the company remuneration system of recent used, respectivel for their evaluation of contents and dimensions of overall financial, enterprise level and staff level to selected the different evaluation methods such as surveys, interviews and expert ratings, through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation concluded that the performance of remuneration system. The last section is concluding remarks, It is briefly described the main conclusions of the paper and the study limitations and future development.
