In recent years, with the development of international tourism and China's building a moderately prosperous society moves forward, China's tourism industry is facing significant growth opportunities, development potential and broad prospects. As an important part of the tertiary industry, tourism plays an important role in the national economy.Along with our goal of building a world tourism power, tourism is playing an increasingly important role in the regional economy. However, we must recognize that competition in the tourism industry has become more intense. With the end of accession to the WTO transition period, China's tourism industry will launch a new round of opening up. In this situation, how to make China's tourism market to remain competitive, how to improve our tourism industry to further develop the role of soft power, the key is excellent skilled tourism personnel training,this is the tourism industry 's most core competence, and tourism culture and transfer of outstanding skilled personnel is the times gifts the historical mission of Vocational education.Vocational education can not meet the current tour the new requirements under the new situation, tourism, professional training status of worrying, although this situation are many reasons, such as China started late in training tourism professionals, development time is short, the level of tourism education educational philosophy behind the teacher shortage, poor school conditions, and so on, but the institutions of view, the courses installment is the key.This article attempts to examine the current Zibo travel professional curriculum in vocational status to start, identify problems, analyze the reasons, and the corresponding optimization approach, with a view to the job better and faster development of tourism professionals to help provide a little .This paper analyzes the tourism professional curriculum, content selection, implementation efficiency, trainee, training, training system, curriculum and faculty evaluation of the status of the building in Zibo City, summed up the problems and the reasons in courses installment of the tourism major in the secondary vocational education in Zibo City: training objectives confusion, professional direction is not clear, the choice of practical course content is low, start the order is unreasonable, the low effectiveness of curriculum implementation, curriculum evaluation of a single-sided, imperfect.According to the problems and reasons, the author gives the following secondary tourism professional curriculum optimization approach: First, curriculum to further clarify the purpose of guiding and; Second, according to the social needs of the professional setting to adjust; Third, integration of course content, improve the overall quality of students; Fourth, improve the efficiency of curriculum implementation; Fifth, perfecting the apprentice, practical training, practice system; Sixth, improve the course evaluation system; Seventh, strengthen the construction of teachers.
