With the growing of information technology and the changing nature of technical innovation, complex product systems technical innovation has attracted more extensive attention. Complex product systems influence the comprehensive strength of a country and the international competitiveness of the products. The success of the innovation activities is essential to social and economic development. In view of characteristics of the high-risk, high-input, high-tech of the complex product systems techniacl innovation activities, innovation activities require multiple enterprises cooperate with each other. Then construction of technical innovation alliance is constant. But there are many risks of technical innovation alliance. The alliance members are for the purpose of pursuiting the higher personal interests. They will break union contract maliciously, contradict the original agreement to join the league, induce communication block; liquidity reduction; technical innovation lag; then lead to instability of the union, end with the disintegration of the union. The stable of complex product systems innovation is important to obtaint competitive advantagment continusly which is obtained by using alliance to make union techneque creative activities of enterprise for producting complex product continuously. Therefore, the research for the alliance stability has very important significance for the complex product systems innovation alliance.This dissertation analyzes and reviews the current situation of the complex product systems technical innovation alliance, classifies the relevant theories, summarizes the stability factors of the complex product systems innovation alliance. Because the factor systems of complex product systems technical innovation alliance is a multivariable, high-times, nonlinear and dynamic feedback, complex system, and system dynamics is just the effective means to analyze the nonlinear complex system. On the basis, it makes the research of the stability factors of the complex product systems innovation alliance as a whole. At first, this dissertation uses schema theory of system dynamics, makes up the fundamental mode flow diagram for the stability factors and the subsystems, and confirms the minimal set of fundamental mode by calculating; After that, this dissertation takes aviation systems technical innovation alliance as an example, makes the factors quantified, constructs flow graph structure, gets the effective curve of factors to act on union stability and the curve of union stability; At last, it proposes some strategies about how to maintain the stability of the complex product systems technical innovation alliance according to the results, which is of some practical significance for keeping the stable and long-term development of the alliance.
