Study On The Evaluation Of Sustainable Competitiveness Of Heilongjiang Manufacturing SMEs Based On PCA

The development of manufacturing SMEs in Heilongjiang is so fast in recent years, and the contribution of them to the local economic and employment is increasingly important. Therefore, the government is bound to escort the sustainable development of manufacturing SMEs in Heilongjiang to get the steady growth of national economy and social harmony. However, the key to long-term stable development is whether enterprises have the sustainable competitiveness or not. The phenomenon of short life expectancy of manufacturing SMEs in Heilongjiang reveals the fact that their sustainable competitiveness is not strong. Because there is no empirical study for sustainable competitiveness of manufacturing SMEs in Heilongjiang, the government is difficult to grasp their current level, and the government can not take further measures to enhance the sustainable competitiveness's level.In view of this, on the basis of a clear explanation of content and elements of sustainable competitiveness, this paper proposes factors affecting sustainable competitiveness of regional manufacturing SMEs, establishes the evaluation index system of sustainable competitiveness of regional manufacturing SMEs based on corresponding relationship between factors and evaluation, and builds evaluation model of sustainable competitiveness of regional manufacturing SMEs using principal component analysis. Then empirical research on sustainable competitiveness of manufacturing SMEs of 30 provinces has been done by using the evaluation model. By comparing the other provinces, we can get the relative level and weak links of sustainable competitiveness of manufacturing SMEs in Heilongjiang. Finally based on empirical results, from the Government's point of view, paper proposes corresponding suggestions of advancing sustainable competitiveness of Heilongjiang manufacturing SMEs.
