Research On Shanghai Agricultural Machinery Socialized Service

Agriculture is the basis of national economy. As an important component of agricultural production, agricultural machinery socialized service occupies a very important position in modern agriculture. Entering into the 21st century, Shanghai's agriculture develop toward metropolitan modern model, which make new demand on its'agricultural machinery socialized service. After experiencing state-owned, collective and self-employed management mode, Shanghai's agricultural socialized service has entered a preliminary new stage of cooperative machinery service organization with coexistence of self-employment and collective management. Under the guidance of the relevant theory, this article made preliminary analysis and research on how to enhance the socialized service level of Shanghai's agricultural machinery, by borrowing the advanced experience from home and abroad and combining with the actual situation of Shanghai.First of all, this article summed up the experience of guiding significance, through access to a large number of agriculture-related literature, through a comparative analysis of successful experience of developed countries'agricultural socialization development. By making full analysis of statistical data on agricultural mechanization in Shanghai,and combined with practical individual agricultural machinery experience, this article made judgment on Shanghai's agricultural machinery socialized service situation, and found out reasons restricting the further development of agricultural machinery socialized service in Shanghai, searched ways to improve and perfect Shanghai's agricultural machinery socialized service by applying theory of industrialization and public service.Secondly, by applying the research files, this article made further analysis of the successful experience and existing shortcomings in the process of Shanghai Agricultural Mechanization, by integrating the future demand of Shanghai metropolitan modern agriculture on agricultural machinery socialized service development, this article also pointed out scientific organized, advanced equipped, multi-functional agricultural machinery socialized service models and measures of sustainable development fit for Shanghai metropolitan agricultural model, trying to provide theoretical ideas for the further development and breakthrough of Shanghai agricultural machinery socialized service.Finally, this article put forward the author's views on the agricultural machinery service about organization innovation, regionalized layout of agricultural machinery, pricing system of agricultural service and related policies for agricultural socialized service.
