In the 21st century, with the development of network technology and extensive application of information technology, the living environment and development models of enterprise have changed, and the enterprise faces opportunities and challenges. Qingdao Kai Sheng International Logistics Co., Ltd. is an 1st-class one approved by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China. Along with the deepening of China's opening up, with increasing completion in the industry, the efficiency of Kai Sheng company is hesitating to press forward in recent years, the challenges of survival and development are growing, what it faces in the market competition. It need for transformation of enterprise development strategies.Just in this situation, the authors fully investigates and analysis of Qingdao Kai Sheng International Logistics Co., Ltd. On this basis, this paper analyzes the company's existing development strategy firstly, although Kai Sheng owns its strategic thinking, but it is still ambiguous, target is not strong, systematic is not enough, it can't point out the direction the development of enterprise. This paper uses PEST method to analyze the impact on political, economic, social and technological environment. Then this paper uses SWOT analysis to further clarify the company's strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities. Through Poter's five forces model analysis, it is clear that the company's advantage lies in its wide range of business capabilities, high reputation, years of experience in information systems and fixed resources, the disadvantage is a single profit model, lack of cohesion, imperfections of network, while it faces the threats which includes fierce competition from cheap competition, increasing customer's demand and other opportunities which include the support of the state, sustained development of the economic in Qingdao and the rapid development of information technology. This paper combines the theory of corporate strategy, core competence theory and the theory of the value chain, identifies Kai Sheng's the core competiveness from the perspective of the internal and external, proposes the development strategy which builds an virtual logistics strategic alliance based on integrated logistics information system. The paper provides a theoretical and practical basis for the company's strategy adjustment. Finally, the paper describes design, implementation, performance measurement, feedback and run measures for the virtual logistics and operation management measures for the and it provides a feasible measures and recommendations for the transformation strategy of Kai Sheng company...
