Research On The Housing Problems Of Disadvantage Group Of China Towns In Marx's Equity View

Justice is not only the pursuit of mankind, but also the fundamental demands of China's socialist market mechanism at present. Ensuring the basic rights of urban disadvantaged groups can not only reflecting the social fairness, but also can reflect the value concept of justice of harmonious society. For prices being soared in recent years, the housing problem of the urban disadvantaged has become more serious. Housing is the basic right of citizens, housing problems related to people's interests, more related to social justice and stable, and housing safeguard is an important part of the social security. The government as social justice of the defenders has the responsibility and obligation to solve the housing problems of the urban disadvantaged groups.Chinese urban disadvantaged housing system till exists many parts being needed to perfect, and in practice there are deviation, housing safeguard effecting unsatisfactory. The economical and applicable room system and low-rent housing can guarantee social equity and be stable social order. But With the accelerating of marketization , the issues of economical and applicable room system is more and more, and also be contradictory in the system design and implementation of the economical and applicable room system and low-rent housing. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to re-examine the design and implementation of housing system on Marxist perspective of justice and inject it new ideas and vitality.This paper tries to discuss and analyze the current situation and problems of urban disadvantaged housing from Marxist perspective of justice, and point out the defects of the housing system of urban disadvantaged groups. Through the analysis of low-income housing guarantee system of overseas developed countries and regions, to put forward a series of design principles and improvement suggestions aiming at the urban disadvantaged housing system in Marxist perspective of justice, and put forward to establish and perfect the male rent system aiming at sandwich layer groups, in order to accelerate the realization of the goal of "to live somewhat habitat" proposed on the 17th national congress.
