China is a big tourism country,China's tourism enterprises how to use the limited time and resources,and how to cultivate their own talent and effective team to adapt to the competitive market,has become a prominent problem.The travel company has certain industry particularity,middle-level managers of tourism enterprises generally have many years of experience in the travel industry,have strong ability of business and professional knowledge level is high,so they are the core of human resources in tourism industry,is also the most scarce.If you don't establish a complete set of middle-level managers' performance appraisal system,It will be adverse to the travel company's long-term development goals.This dissertation takes the ZS travel company's middle-level managers as the research object,after comprehensively discusses on the basis of enterprise performance appraisal theory methods,emphatically analyzes the existing performance appraisal situation and problems of ZS travel company,discusses the main problems and the reasons of existing performance appraisal,then according to the particularity of the tourism industry,to develop a middle-level managers performance appraisal system suitable for ZS travel company.After that we select the outbound tourism department of ZS travel company as the test object to make an empirical analysis,empirical analysis results is the new appraisal system can comprehensive push in the company,finally the dissertation puts forward the full implement countermeasure of the appraisal system.In this dissertation,the research for ZS travel company establish their middle-level managers' performance management system which conforms to the tourism industry and the company's characteristic have important reference value.And also play a certain reference function to perfect other travel companies,and even commercial exhibition companies,hotel,tourist scenic etc.same industry's middle-level managers' performance appraisal.
