Energy security is a global problem. In this paper, using ARIMA model to predict the energy needs of the next five years. Time series analysis can be applied to energy demand forecast. This paper analyze the characteristics and patterns of energy demand, then put forward energy development stratagems:adjusting the industrial structure; adopting energy-saving strategies; enhancing the energy technology innovation; promoting the development of energy diversification.
