At present, our country are in a critical moment of transition of society andeconomy. At this stage, conflict between labors and employers is escalating. All kindsof labor disputes appear constantly. So proper solution in the process of Chineseeconomic and social development of labor relations, coordinating the contradiction ofworkers and employers, and building Chinese labor relations coordination model arethe Chinese current economic and social development inevitable task.However, the labor market in China started late. As typical countries whoseeconomic and society are developed and labor relations is relatively in harmony, TheJapan, Swedish, Germany experienced by the long process of labor conflict tocooperation. They established their labor relations coordination model that are suitedto their conditions and have their characteristics. At first, the three countries workerssports are really exciting, and their labor disputes are serious. After continuousstruggle, workers organize unions to strengthen their own power. Then, the countriesconstantly improve labor legal system, to ensure the rights of union. At the same time,governments introduced gradually labor policy, standardize enterprise behavior, andraise workers status. They adopts the system of collective bargaining in various fields.And gradually relieve the labor contradictions. The three countries also strengthen thecommunication and connection between workers and enterprises, to gradually towardboth sides of labor and enterprises cooperation.On the basis of Western labor relation theory and domestic related research, thispaper describes the man content of labor relations coordination mode in Japan,Sweden Germany. On the basis of game theory, this paper puts forward the prisoner’sdilemma between workers and enterprises, and explain the reason of labor disputes.This paper introduces sequential game and infinite times repeat games to laborrelations, to analyzes the game process between labor and enterprises. Then, thispaper explain the mechanism of action of workers union, government role and law.And it attempt to launch the influencing factors of labor cooperation. Then, throughthe comparison of the three countries’ labor relations coordination model andcharacteristic, it use the game model and its influencing actors to explain therationality of the policy and practical significance. Finally, on basis of analysis of problems of Chinese labor relations and discusses of the reasons, this paper learn theexperience of the three countries coordinating labor relations, and puts forwardcountermeasures to promote Chinese labor relations coordination.
