Study On The Development Of Elderly Human Resource In Hebei Province

In recent years, the aging population growing degree of Hebei Province, AgingDevelopment pressure increases.2010, Hebei province’s elderly population aged65and overwas5918.8thousand,2000-2010, the total population of the province’s average annual growthof0.75%, while the population aged65years and above the average annual growth of2.6%.Population aging at an alarming rate of development, the development of economic, political,cultural and other aspects of Hebei Province have had a great influence, and therefore causedsome social problems. Meanwhile, the population continues to increase life expectancy,health status of the elderly has also been greatly improved, more and more older people,especially the desire for early retirement of older highly educated professionals to work morestrongly. Therefore, the full development and utilization of these potential resources of theelderly has become a social pension to ease the burden, an effective way to make up for theeconomic development process of the talent gap.In this paper, the elderly, Hebei Province resources for the study, using literatureresearch and field research methods such as, for elderly resources development theory toanalyze research, investigation and analysis of the relevant issues, formed the theoreticalframework and system. Re-use of qualitative analysis methods, the development of resourcesfor the elderly, views and suggestions to the theoretical study of population aging in HebeiProvince has played a positive role. By analyzing the results, Hebei Province, mainly in theelderly resource development policy system deficiencies, lack of awareness of resourcedevelopment for the elderly, lack of employment of older persons carrier and other issues.According to modern human resources management concept, referring to the successfulexperience at home and abroad, the elderly Hebei resource development for the overallplanning, come to full utilization of resources in order to improve the measures are: theelderly play a guiding role of government resources development; enhance the role of market-oriented development of resources for the elderly; actively create a good atmosphere for theelderly resources development.
