The development of enterprises not only needs to pay based material incentives, but also need the support from employee satisfaction. In the modern enterprise manag ement, talent is one of the key factors in the development of enterprises. Employee sat isfaction reflects the degree of staff initiatives. Higher job satisfaction will stimulate t he enthusiasm of the staff and mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff and contribute to d eeper mining employees’ personal potential for enterprises to create more economic b enefits. Employee satisfaction also reflect the various problems in enterprise manage ment, and help enterprises to problem diagnosis, business managers can employee job satisfaction survey to understand the problems of business management, proactive, re spond to these questions and when to address the risks and potential crisis. Retain tale nts, reduce employee turnover, improve employee satisfaction, and a fundamental gua rantee for the competitive advantage of corporate human resources and the transition t o a market competitive advantage is the key to success of the enterprise. Therefore, it i s necessary to study how to improve employee satisfaction.AD is a company specialized in providing facilities within Asia management co mprehensive support services to foreign-funded enterprises, in1997the first establish ed in Vietnam, entered China in1999, currently has10000employees, operating in27City, there are19branches. Currently there are12000employees worldwide, the com pany distributed in Southeast Asia, Central Asia, the Middle East and Africa; clients i nclude factories, R&D center, office buildings, residential areas, hotels, schools, med ical facilities, as well as project construction in the rural areas. With the constant deve lopment and expansion of enterprises, service area is increasing, the salary system of t he enterprise need to be constantly improved in order to adapt to the strategic require ment of enterprise development, prompt to meet the needs of employees, improve em ployee satisfaction.Based on the research in AD Company, this paper did detailed analysis on the em ployee satisfaction data of year2012through information collection and questionnaire survey. The paper analyzed the specific impact factors of the AD’s job satisfaction an d the impact if employee satisfactionon the corporate performance, and investigate the reason of the change of employee satisfaction. According to the results of the survey and a series of studies on the AD employee satisfaction, the paper provide correspondi ng measures for improvement to make the AD company compensation management s ystem to keep pace with the times, adapt to the development of a new era of enterprise, improve employee satisfaction. Put forward concrete measures to enhance employee satisfaction of AD company, for enterprises of the same type in the future developmen t of the employee satisfaction management system, to provide basis for decision maki ng, in order to motivate staff, improve performance, and to ensure the healthy and effi cient development of enterprises, the smooth realization of strategic goal.
