According to the documents of the Central Committee of the instructions with the reality of the situation, our country has come to an important moment of economic transition, the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is the country urgently awaits to be solved problems, and promote the rural land circulation, promote agriculture to large-scale development is a critical to solve the "three rural issues".Due to the progress of urbanization in our country and the transfer of rural surplus labor force to cities, the superiority of the household contract responsibility system with remuneration linked to output is no longer obvious. And the circulation of agricultural land is an effective way to appropriate scale management and development modern agriculture, which can conducive to optimizing the allocation of land resources, improve land use efficiency and production efficiency and promote the adjustment of agricultural structure and conducive to promoting the farmers income and rural economic development, improve the competitiveness of China's agriculture in the international.However in the actual situation, the stability of the transfer of land is not very high, farmers midway breach of contract, to reclaim the land phenomenon have occurred, after the expiry of the lease contract some farmers do not want to continue to transfer land. Problems led to the land utilization rate is low, land cannot be sustainable circulation, thus affecting the specialized households and farmers' professional cooperatives enthusiasm in agricultural production. In order to find the causes of these problems, and then solve these problems is the priority among priorities for its healthy development. Therefore, to explore the farmers' willingness to re-transfer has important practical value.This paper is focus on the farmers who have transferredthe land into specialized households and farmers' professional cooperatives, we explore the farmers' re-transfer willingness when the contract expires or the lease expires. Zichang County as an example was empirical research. Through consulting a lot of related information, the influencing factors of rural land transfer is divided into three categories: household characteristics, resources endowment characteristics, roll out characteristic. Through the combination of questionnaire and interview form of field survey, using SPSS17.0 statistical software for field research data analysis, using multiple logistic and linear regression models of factors affecting the estimates of farmers' land transferred the influence degree. In this paper, through the empirical analysis concluded that land re-transfer willingness is positively correlated to educational degree and land rent but is negatively correlated to agricultural income, land transfer deadline, land management status and transfer spontaneity in farmer households which their land is transferred to farmers' specialized cooperatives, and land re-transfer willingness is positively related to agricultural property of farmer households' occupation and land rent but is negatively correlated to age, actual management and area, agricultural labor force and management status of transferred land in farmers' households which their land is transferred to major specialized households. Whether or not the village cards, total family population, transferred land area, treaty form and transfer pattern all have no effect on the willingness of land re-transfer.
