Comprehensive Evaluation And Research Of The Construction Of Economic Growth

Construction industry is one of the leading industries of the national economy in ourcountry, it plays an important role in the whole process of economic development. Afterreform and opening up, with many years of development and construction, the constructionindustry in China has made brilliant achievements，but also in its industry high-speeddevelopment, however, there are a series of problems to be solved. Only through continuousdevelopment change, self-improvement and enhancement, can we grasp the good opportunity,make our country construction state of long-term stable development.Just in the domestic situation and the industry development situation, based on theanalysis of economic growth theory, reviewed domestic and foreign research status about theconstruction of economic growth, the author put forward the deficiency of present research,and analyzes the various factors affecting construction in our country economic growth, andon this basis, according to the principle of establishing index system and method, fromconstruction scale, benefit and efficiency and the technical equipment level of the threeaspects, construct the comprehensive evaluation index system of construction industry’seconomic growth, and it provides a platform and framework for the comprehensive evaluationof economic growth.After the analysis of the commonly used research methods about the construction ofeconomic growth way, this article use factor analysis to make a comprehensive evaluation onChina’s31provinces and regions construction economic growth pattern, get thecomprehensive score and ranking of each province, and then analyze their characteristics ofeconomic growth pattern,and point the way for future improvement.This article uses data envelopment analysis (DEA) method, establishes the linearprogramming model of C2R, conducts research in construction efficiency of economic growthin order to analyze whether or not the optimal allocation of resources in Shaanxi provinceconstruction is in the best state. Combining the conclusion of factor analysis of the economicgrowth mode, gets the comprehensive evaluation results of economic growth, at last pointsout the direction for the future development of construction industry of Shaanxi province.Based on the two terms of the level of development and resources optimizationconfiguration, this article considers construction efficiency of economic growth pattern andeconomic growth to conduct a comprehensive assessment, and it plays a good guiding role;the set-up index system plays a certain reference value for related research; and because of theusing of factor analysis and data envelopment analysis, starting from the almanac data, can weobtain a more accurate and objective evaluation results which can provide the basis for projectdecision-making.
