Face the keen competition environment becoming, especially talents' competition, who has talents, someone has the future capital of winning. How to attract and retain staff and already become the focus that enterprises have paid close attention to. Designing the fair and reasonable salary system still can yet be regarded as one of the most important and most effective means, a set of effectual salary systems not merely can reduce the cost of labor of enterprises, and can stimulate the staffs enthusiasm, initiative and creativity greatly. The salary system, under the frame of management strategy of enterprises, through making up the rational distribution of the element to its salary, the form by whole salary scheme comes to give play to the whole efficiency of the salary system. The effective salary system can realize the competitive advantage of the enterprise human resources, realize equilibrium and maximization between enterprises and the staff interests.This thesis includes five parts, chapter one is the introduction, introduce the research background of the thesis, research purpose and meaning, the research approach of the thesis. Chapter two, has introduced the concept of salary and salary system briefly, and explained the main content which made up every component of the salary system in detail. Chapter three, on the foundations of introduction A Company overview and original salary system, focus on and investigate and analyse company's salary system, including staffs whole salary satisfaction, the staff contrast income with average income of local similar post, inside distributing and salary, bonus, welfare releasing and enthusiasm and enterprise's cultural construction of performance, the staff of working,etc.. Chapter four, according to questions found, improving company's salary scheme and adjustment, make company's salary system transform into science and validity. Chapter five, canvass the implementation sageguard measure of the salary system of A Company, realize the salary system complete network and support of company's development. The appraising the conclusion of the study on this text, and propose the follow-up study suggestion finally.
