Study On The Construction Of Evaluation System Of Innovation Ability About Design Enterprises

In the context of the knowledge economy, the role of innovation ability about enterprises in its sustainable development is becoming more outstanding, and therefore it has gotten the attention from many domestic and foreign scholars. It is the primary means to understand and grasp the innovation activities, summarize the innovation experience by measure and evaluate the innovation ability of enterprises. It is of much significance to set strategies correctly or to improve innovation ability.Through the analysis and summary of extensive existing research results, it was found the in-depth research in technological innovations. But relatively speaking, it is not yet ripe for the theory of knowledge innovation ability. Therefore, after the introduce of knowledge innovation ability and the development status of design enterprises, this paper dissect the factors affecting the innovation ability about design enterprises through organizational environment for innovation, team innovation characteristics and individual innovation ability, and accordingly built an evaluation model of innovation capability about design enterprises.In the empirical analysis, according to the results of previous studies and theoretical knowledge, this paper put forward research hypotheses and establishes a theoretical model. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the innovation ability, select the study variables, determine the rating scale, and design the questionnaire. Through field investigations in different areas of design in Shanghai, inspect the innovation capability of enterprises. Elaborate the situation of data collection and the sample characteristics simple set. Do the descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis and validity analysis. Then do the structural equation modeling analysis on the sample data by the use of AMOS 17.0 statistical software for the sample data was structural equation modeling analysis, and examine the research hypothesis by the results.On the basis of theoretical and empirical research, put the supporting policy from the four levels of government, enterprises, group and individual, make recommendations about follow-up study to improve the knowledge innovation ability of design enterprises.
