The Research On Guangxi Industrial Structure Optimization Based On Low-Carbon Economy

Based on the previous study, new economic growth theory, theory of industrial structure, and the latest research of low-carbon economic, this thesis emphatically analyses how to realize Guangxi industrial structure optimization on the condition of guaranteeing the rapid economic growth and low-carbon discharge. In view of this problem, this thesis takes the Guangxi industrial structure as the object of study, analyze the Guangxi three industrial structure variation processes, as well as the present situation, Under the low-carbon economic background, the industrial structure optimization of Guangxi divides into two goals, including the economic growth and the low-carbon discharges, in view of these two goals using the VAR model and the KAYA model separately. The research indicated:Speaking of Guangxi, the most important task is enlarges to the second industrial investment efforts, speed up the new industrialization implementation scheduling, enhance the second industry in the national economy proportion, and avoid the structure "the reversal" occurrence. Next, optimize energy structure, and expand clean energy expense. Third, raise the energy use efficiency, introduce the advanced low-carbon technology vigorously, and develop vigorously applies the new technology. At the end of the thesis propose Policy recommendations, to achieve the industrial structure optimization of Guangxi, and realize low-carbon development.
