The Research On Constructions Of Exigent Specialized Subjects Of Nine Key Industries In Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone

The construction projects in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone being carried out in full swing. Too much money has been put into the whole economic zone which made great leaping changes in industrial structure and the needs of talents. Under the new strategic planning and strategic guidance, in order to implement the requirements of Scientific Outlook on Development, and comprehensively promote the quality of undergraduate teaching and teaching reform project of Guangxi, and to put Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone into a new international heights, and to make it as a new pole to provide strong intellectual support and personnel security, to change the shortage of talents in major industrial structure and the pillar industry. So the exigent specialized subject construction of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is imperative.In this paper, I study the construction of exigent specialized subject in nine key industries including petrochemical industry, marine industry and so on, in order to solve the problem of personnel shortages in the construction of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.In the first chapter, the paper outlined the background, a clear research objective, content, the problems to be solved, the methods the research taken, and finally the research framework. In the second chapter, the paper reviewed of the relevant theoretical basis and theoretical support, mainly related to the definitions of the concepts, the researches and practices which had been studies at home and abroad. In the third chapter, this paper analyzed the shortage of human resources for nine key industries, and demands for talent shortage of the nine key industries of the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, in order to offer the scientific basis for setting qualitative and quantitative exigent specialized subjects in universities in Guangxi.In the fourth chapter, this paper mainly analyzed the shortages of professional talents training mode of universities in Guangxi, and the important roles the talents played in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zones. In the end of this chapter, the author point out the core path of constructing the exigent specialized subjects.In the final chapter, according to demands for talent of the nine key industries, combined with recent talents training mode, the author put out recommendations for improvement measures in the construction of exigent specialized subjects in universities in Guangxi. The recommendations are provided to universities in Guangxi, and are treated as references and decision-making theoretical basis for the educational governments and offices.In shorts, the construction of exigent specialized subjects is a predictive and forward-looking work, not only with social development and continuously push forward, but must be adjusted advanced social development.
