In the context of informatization and globalization,the external environment faced by enterprises is complicated.The competition of today's enterprises is to some extent the competition among talents.Only when enterprises continuously cultivate high-quality talents can enterprise be The fierce competition is neutral and invincible.Nowadays,the simple training within the enterprise can not meet the high-quality needs of talents.It is necessary to establish a talent training l that is in line with its own development,and transform the learning ability of employees into the productivity of enterprises to meet the needs of strategic development of enterprises.As an important part of the core talents of the enterprises,grassroots management talents play an important role in improving the operation and performance of the enterprises.At present,A enterprise is in a critical period of rapid development of its business.The scale of its development has gradually expanded,and the number of business teams and employees has expanded,which has placed higher demands on the quality and capabilities of grassroots managers.According to the investigation,it is found that the post-skilled talent team of A enterprise is not competent enough,and the original management talent training can not meet the needs of the development of A-level grassroots managers.It is imperative to optimize and perfect the grassroots management talent training.Based on this background,this paper decides to optimize the training of A-level management talents of A enterprise,and design a new l that meets the needs of enterprise strategic development and grassroots management team,and contributes to the talent development of A enterprise.This paper takes A enterprise as the research object,and puts forward the problems of asking questions,analyzing problems and solving problems,and comprehensively using questionnaires,interviews and other research methods to deeply analyze the problems existing in the A-level management talent team and its talent training.On this basis,the existing competency l of A enterprise is introduced.Finally,the optimization strategy of the talent management l of A-based enterprise based on competency is proposed.The purpose of introducing the competency l is to carry out more targeted training.Give full play to the effectiveness of talent training.The optimization suggestion of this paper hopes to provide reference and reference for the grassroots management talent training of peer enterprises.
