Research On Flexible Management Of Enterprise Crisis Strategy

With an increasing course of globalization, there are more and more challenges and competition for current enterprises, which bring about a great deal of crises frequently. Nevertheless, most of research and reports on crisis management are mechanical, opposing no systematization and no dynamics, mainly focus on concrete strategies, and its theory is relatively immature. During these recent years, flexible management is a dynamic idea and means, which can adapt to and make most of the certain and uncertain environment to promote its competitive advantage. Aiming at improving enterprises'answering ability, it is essential to formulate a flexible management system of crisis management, which means a great deal for enterprises'realizing targets, strengthening their competitiveness, and to some extent, enhancing their rationalism as to enterprises'crisis management.Through reviewing a large number of documents in home and abroad in the paper, we elaborate some corresponding theory regarding to enterprises'crisis management of strategy and flexible management and comprehensively apply to some methods, such as document analyzing, case analyzing, qualitative and quantitative study and so on. Meanwhile, the flexible management is firstly applied into the process of strategic management for enterprises'crisis. In view of BSC (Balanced Score Card) theory, we analyze influential factors and establish the foundation of index system from financial, customer, internal operating process to learning and growth. What's more important, we set up a flexible system for crisis strategy through three aspects such as establishing a flexible organization, formulating a set of index system for crises'measurement, and recessive buffering and dominant resolving process. In this way, it can increase its crisis management ability. Finally, through putting this set of index system into A Company's practice, we testify its reliability, and come up with our own suggestions and tactics as to the company's current conditions and evaluating results.
