Enterprise Cultural Construction Of The Rule Of Law Studies

The Third Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party has led the great process of the rule of law. Since then, the legal system in China has entered a period of rapid development and improvement. It lays a solid foundation for the rule of law and at the same time, it has a far-reaching impact on the economy.In 1980s, the U.S. corporate culture as a management theory, followed by China which made a wave of corporate culture researches, was raised. As a management theory, its significance is that it proves directly that corporate culture is an inherent requirement of sustainable development.Rule of law and culture are both the inherent requirement of corporate survival. So the rule of law and culture—corporate legal culture—must become a research in the field of corporate management objective. In this paper, the author attempts to use the real business as cases to explore and seek the effective way and measures of corporate legal culture. As a result, it can address the awareness and effectiveness of enterprises according to the law.First, in the paper, relevant literature and historical data are reviewed. The author summarizes the situation in this field of research and the state of development and points out that the significance of research in corporate legal culture. And this study lays the historical foundation of this paper.Secondly, the author clarifies the theoretical basis of corporate legal culture. The author defines the content and the system of corporate legal culture from the perspective of 'the rule of law' and 'corporate culture'. The function of corporate legal culture also is clarified. All these lay a solid theoretical foundation for raising the right way to build the corporate legal culture.Thirdly, the author use FS as the case. From the corporate strategic perspective, the author implants the 'rule of law' in the core values.
