Corporate culture reform plays an important role for corporation implementing developmental strategy, and making corporate culture system is core content of the corporate culture reform. JDC-Molybdenum Group has earlier started to implement corporate culture reform in Shannxi province. However, the corporate culture of JDC-Molybdenum Group is still in outdated model, and it creates many problems. The outstanding problems include values orientation confusion, sanction weakening and so on, the corporate culture can not support the corporation's development. The corporate culture reform of JDC-Molybdenum Group was studied on this thesis.According to the theory of corporate culture, the thesis uses the way of questionnaire and interview, to find the main problems in the corporate culture reform system and reform process of JDC-Molybdenum Group, and analyze reasons. The main problems of the corporate culture reform system in JDC-Molybdenum Group include lacking systemic design, indefinite direction of the corporate culture, imperfect value system of the corporate culture, not matching corporate development, and so no. The main problems in the process of corporate culture reform include solving the understanding problems of employees, the culture institution delaying, lacking investment, and so on. For solving above problem, the corporate culture reform system of JDC-Molybdenum Group was optimized and designed in five sides. It includes analyzing the direction of corporate culture reform according to the corporate developing strategy, proposing the scientific way to measure status of the corporate culture accurately, making the control model in the corporate culture reform process, making the assessment method for effect of the corporate culture reform and making the proposal of the corporate culture reform. At last, the safeguard measure of the proposal was made.Through solving the problems of the corporate culture system, it can reform the corporate culture successfully, establishing advantage of the corporate culture newly and enhancing the core competitiveness.
