Analysis On Rural Urbanization Influence Factors And Pathway In Shaan'xi Province

The construction of rural urbanization is an important way to solve rural issues and comprehensive building a moderately prosperous society. According to the requirements of the 12th Five-Year Plan and China's conditions, the sound and rapid development of rural urbanization become an inevitable requirement for China's sustainable economic and social development. At present, the development of rural urbanization in Shaan'xi Province is in the low-end level. There is the uneven development of urban and rural economic and social development. The rural area is seriously lagging and the construction of the infrastructure of rural life is weak and so on. So that has seriously restricted the development of rural urbanization in Shaan'xi Province. It is Very urgent to solve the problem in Shaan'xi Province and also has great significance.First, The article under the guidance of factor accumulation and diffusion theory, the urbanization lags theory and the ternary structure theory, According to the Shaan'xi rural urbanization influence factors indicator, to establish Shaan'xi province rural urbanization evaluation index system. Then, with the statistical data support of Shaan'xi province from 1979 to 2010, using the SPSS17.0 software to carry on the factor analysis, seek the related factors of comprehensive evaluation index. Using vector regression model to calculate the index and rural urbanization level make a further empirical analysis. Finally, according to the empirical results, this paper give some relevant measures from the economic, social and people life level three aspects to put forward Shaan'xi rural urbanization. The study results are as follows:strengthen the development of rural economy, improve rural social development level and improve the living level of rural are the important measures to promote the rural urbanization.
