Study On Driving Factors Of New Urbanization In Jiangxi Province

The new urbanization is an important tongs of industrial structure adjustment in China,is the fundamental way to realize the integration of urban and rural areas,is the only way of socialist modernization construction.The emergence of new urbanization conforms to the basic situation of our country,and also the need of the development of the times.At present,the level of urbanization in Jiangxi is relatively low,at the same time,it shows a series of problems in the development model of traditional urbanization,which restricts the development of Jiangxi economic and social.Therefore,the research on how to accelerate the development of new urbanization in Jiangxi province has become a new topic urgently needed.In this background,this paper takes the new urbanization driving factors as research subjects,11 cities as the research object,the urban-rural dual structure theory and regional industrial structure evolution theory,combined with domestic and foreign research results and Jiangxi new urbanization development level,analyzes the driving factors of new urbanization in Jiangxi province,and puts forward the countermeasures to accelerate the new urbanization in Jiangxi.This paper adopts the data of each index of Jiangxi province from 2000 to 2014,the driving factors of new urbanization in Jiangxi province are divided into four categories: basic condition,industrial development,subject behavior and exogenous economy.By selecting the twelve sub index under four kinds of driving factors,the index system conforming to the connotation of new urbanization in Jiangxi province is constructed.On this basis,this paper uses the principal component analysis to obtain the comprehensive score of four kinds of factors as independent variables,and then selects the new urbanization level measurement results based on entropy method as a dependent variable,and then constructs multiple linear regression model,analyzes the influence of four driving factors on the development of new urbanization in Jiangxi.The empirical results show that the industrial development factors play a major role in the development of new urbanization in Jiangxi province;The basic factors play a basic supporting role in the development of new urbanization in Jiangxi province;In the main behavior factors,the government still plays an important guiding role in the process of new urbanization in Jiangxi province,the behavior of the farmers is driven from the rural to the city,the promotion of the new urbanization in Jiangxi is obvious;The impetus of exogenous economic factors on the new urbanization in Jiangxi province is limited.Finally,according to the results of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,this paper puts forward to optimize the industrial structure,increase investment,improve the basic conditions,optimize the government behavior,strengthen foreign trade,and improve the level of foreign investment.
