Study On China's Forestry Products Export Trade Under Green Barrier

With the integration of the world economy accelerating continually, at present, free trade has become dominant in the field of international trade. In order to achieve the purpose of protecting their trade, all the countries in the world, especially the developed countries in western, has set a a variety of non-tariff barriers in the name of environmental protection. Green barriers are a new type. As a new type of non-tariff trade barriers, the green barriers are used more and more widely in developed countries. The reason why it generates is people's awareness of environmental protection and continuous improvement in trade protectionism for the pursuit of economic interests. The western developed countries take advantage of the green trade barriers; so that they can hinder other countries' products enter the domestic market through this method.In recent years, China and the developed countries in Europe and America forest products import and export trade development is rapid. In recent years, the forest products import and export trade between China and the developed countries in Europe and America develop rapidly, and it has a big complementarily, which plays an important role in china's Import and export trade. Therefore, the research which means to deal with the green barrier measures not only has important practical significance, but also has more realistic significance. In order to explain the problem clearly, and draw the conclusion, this paper consists of seven chapters:The first part is the introduction, it introduces the research background, purpose and significance, research status at home and abroad, the research contents and methods and the innovation point of this article; the second part: the definition of related concepts relates to this article and the main theoretical basis the research based on. The third part: on the basis of the relevant latest graphics data, study China's foreign trade of forest products trade status and structure. And use our country's forest product trade and export trade structure in the period of1997to2011, as well as the new trade growth data for quantitative analysis of forest products trade volume growth. The fourth part: introduce and analyze the characteristics, causes and the main manifestations of the green barriers. the fifth part:study the green barriers on foreign trade of forest products in economic through the price, supply and demand function, and conclude the analysis of the positive and negative effect; collect relevant data from positive and negative, study the influence that green barriers have on China's forest products foreign trade. The sixth part: on the basis of the fifth part, analyze the reason why China's foreign trade of forest products are prevent from green barrier, from domestic and foreign two aspects analyzes the deep-seated reasons. The seventh part: from three aspects, the government, industry associations, enterprises, put forward what China should do to deal with the green barriers, and find a solution to the strategy of how to deal with the feasibility of green barriers.
