Comprehensive Evaluation On Mineral Resources Of Liaoning Province

Mineral resources are the important material foundation of mankind existence and sustainable development, and the important guarantee of the national security. Liaoning is the area of the enrich resources of our country, the mineral resources have been a superiority of the economic development Mineral resources has made outstanding contribution to the economic development of Liaoning Province, Especially since the founding of New China.The history of mining development is the history of the rise and fall of Liaoning Province.but they have been depending on the administration means to install the mineral resources, causing more policy mistaken. Therefore, the investigative purpose of this text is to looking for a suitable evaluation method,evaluating the superiority mineral resources of Liaoning.According to the related theories studies of domestic and international about mineral resources, this text defines the connotation of superiority mineral resources and superiority mineral evaluation. Multi-attribute comprehensive evaluation method is main research method, and according to the mineral resources supply and demand situation of domestic and international and the present condition of mineral resources of Liaoning, put forward indexes system of Liaoning superiority mineral resources evaluation. Implicating multi-attribute comprehensive evaluation method, we divide into three kinds of minerals resources of Liaoning:the most superior(iron, magnesite, boron),more superior(gold, copper, zinc, lead, molybdenum),little superior(silver, tin, tungsten, jade). In addition, this text puts forward the industry development level of Liaoning mineral resources and related suggestions according to the evaluation result. Chapter 6 of this article summarizes the study and the lack of response to this study, future research presented.
