A Study On Problems And Strategies Of The Mineral Resource Management Of Liaoning Province

Mineral resources, a vital component of natural resources, is necessary source of the production and development of human society. With the rapid development of the economy, mineral resources play an increasingly important role in national economy, however, such problems as overexploitation, inefficient management, unreasonable structure of mining economy, low efficiency of resource distribution and utilization, environment degradation. The rapid demand for natural resources in the fast growing industry of China have resulted in the shortage of natural resources. The key to solving these problems lies in the efficient management of natural resources.The thesis, makes an analysis on problems of the management of mining resources in Liaoning Province and causes for theses problems, presents practical and feasible measures to tackle these problems, based on relevant theories in mineral resources management, public administration and economics, combines legislative laws and regulations with practice, qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis and puts forward with relative measures to tackle the problems.The thesis consists of four parts. Part one is the research background. Part two makes an analysis on the status quo of the management of mineral resources in Liaoning Province, problems existed and their causes.
