Investigation And Leisure Fishery Current Situation Development Countermeasure Research Of Changsha

With the increasing development of our social economy recently,the higher the standard of people's living, the more leisure time they have, then their needs and wants have been changed as well. travelling is getting more and more popular.meanwhile, our triditional fishing economy is getting worse due to inland lakes decreasing, fishes' disease increasing and so on,In this context, leisure fishery with its unique features is developing vigorously in our country.Based on domestic and foreign leisure fishery current situation and development, on domestic and foreign leisure fishery research literatures, we summarized the definition of recreational fishery, classification, basic characteristics and main function.Through visitting and investigation, we found out that changsha has lots of advantages on develop recreational fishery, sunch as abundant resources,long history of fishery, high level of production and big demand of products.Recreational fishery development also brought Changsha enormous economic benefits and social benefits. we devide it to six type which are,wild fishing,community service fishing, production and operation fishing, professional fishing, entertainment and sightseeing fishing. we also investigated, analyzed, found out the character and problems of the profit structure, source feature, investment structure and other aspects of The Qianlong Lake Ecological Tourism Resort and DU AO ecological creative garden.Through the analysis of survey results, we found out the advantages and disadvantages of recreational fishery, it increased piscatorial income, optimized the structure of fishery industry, enriched people's leisure life, promoted the development of other industries and relieve the city's processing pressure. but also many problems need to be solved urgently such as the industrialization degree lower than the development of the city, safty of aquatic products quality,pullution of ecological environment and management system still needs improving.Therefore, the author pointed out two aspects as business development and government management to solve those problems. one is from the recreational fisheries management and development,the author suggests the operator should promote healthy breed, then develope into a quality brand; manage more innovative activities, expanding the market; also pay attention to the water optimization and surrounding environmental protection. then from the management solution, the author pointed out the government should plan the city's leisure fishery reasonablly, offer more training, establish Changsha City's leisure fishery association, increase technologe, experience and suggestions' exchanges.
