Based On MBO Process Design Improvement Research

In the globalization of economic development and in the fiercer market competition day by day today, technology innovation and management innovation have become the only way for the enterprise to develop. With the extensive launching of the manufacturing enterprise production process flow's continuous improvement activities, and it has gradually become the normal mechanism of the enterprise management activities, but the implementing process of the production process improvement is full of risk and uncertainty. Process management and control often decide the success or failure of the process improvement activities, which raises higher requirement of the enterprise production process improvement design management. Therefore, it is an effective method to set up a systematic, normative production process improvement design pattern to solve the existing problems of the process improvement activities. Management by Objective (objective establishment, objective system establishment, the risk management, information and communication, performance evaluation, etc management) value of the production process improvement project is very weak currently in the enterprise production process improvement management, which need the introduction and strengthening. Seeing that Management by Objective theory and method are very suitable for enterprise technology improvement design, the implement of the goal management will greatly improve many of the uncertainty of the current process improvement work process and the result, and will ensure process improvement activities to achieve the expected results with the planned schedule, quality and cost. Therefore, it is very meaningful to strengthen the application research of Management by Objective in the enterprise production process improvement design, no matter from the aspect of the research and application analysis on Management by Objective theory, or from the actual observing of the enterprise process improvement design.The research content is the feasibility and validity of the related theory and method of Management by Objective in enterprise production process improvement design management. And based on the theory, taking the enterprise production process improvement design as the research object, combing the enterprise management practice, this paper discusses how to implement the production process improvement design based on Management by Objective. This paper will mainly adopt literature analysis method, the specific management practice analysis summary method, the statistical analysis method, and comparative induction analysis method. It will also sum up the enterprise production process improvement design pattern based on Management by Objective on the basis of the theory study and the practice summary analysis.The purpose of this study is the application of Management by Objective theory and method, to provide a highly efficient management mode for the enterprise in the extensive process improvement, and to provide the reference for the enterprise's similar management. Also through the case of the enterprise in the successful practice, it proves the feasibility and validity of the enterprise production process improvement design based on Management by Objective.
