It also makes a comprehensive analysis on the needs of electronic commerce according to the problem in inspection industry. With the assistance of various methods such as internet survey, questionnaire, interview and also inspection case study, the paper makes a thoroughly investigation of inspection procedures and the application of E-commerce in inspection industry, and promotes the application of E-commerce on the improvement of information management in inspection institution, the establishment of inspection institution website, and also the reestablishment of inspection procedures. It can greatly reduce the inspection time by 30% through the use of computer. Moreover, the application of E-commerce can also take the advantages of internet for promotion and distribution. In this way, not only different departments can share information with each other, the quality of inspection can also be guaranteed. At last, the paper also sets up a general framework for the system of electronic commerce.This paper claims to make a contribution on the application of operation guidance framework and the reestablishment of inspection procedures. A standardized operation guidance will be generated after inputting the information of inspected equipment. On the other hand, the reduction of inspection time and the control of human factors can improve the inspection efficiency and also the inspection quality.
