On How To Improve The Hotel Building Of Enterprise Culture

The development of the hotel industry of Tai'an City currently is in good condition, a good variety of hotel types, the number of hotels also rising. Future competition in the hotel industry will be fierce, the author believe, the hotel managers should be aware of the corporate culture on the importance of the hotel development and the hotel construction and the construction and application of corporate culture into the hotel management course. The author wishes enterprise culture can bring the hotel's long-term development, a hotel development in the great power.This article select a representative of the hotel industry of Tai'an City - YU ZUO Hotel to study the current status of the hotel building of enterprise culture.The auther think YU ZUO Hotel is the first three-star hotels, and more able to reflect the characteristics of the hotel Tai'an City's local culture. In the course of the study, the auther mainly investigates the corporate culture of three aspects, using site visits and questionnaire methods. On the one hand, the author find some problems of the building of enterprise culture of YU ZUO Hotel through site visits and interviews from the spectator's point of view; on the other hand, the author find other issues of the building of enterprise culture of YU ZUO Hotel through the feedback questionnaire of employees and guests from the authorities's point of view. In Chapter Four of the auther analyzes the four reasons of that problems,and puts forward the construction countermeasures from the cultural layer to the physical cultural layer in the fifth chapter. Measures of this study hope to improve status of the of the of the building of enterprise culture of YU ZUO Hotel,and to highlight the characteristics of the hotel,and to bring visitors a new experience. The innovation of this paper is to enrich the corporate culture of the hotel with the local culture,and highlight the characteristics of the local hotel culture, forming the core competitiveness of the hotel.The author hopes the clumsy research can supply some new ideas and suggestions to the hotel industry development of Tai'an City.
