| With the quickening of city process of Dalian and strengthening of tourism function, the development of hotel industry has become an important part of Dalian tourism. At present, Dalian tourism bureau has showed that there are 149 star-hotels, it is the twice of 2000, in which four, three and two star hotels are growing the most. Dalian star-hotels structure shows "in the middle, two small ahead", with lower star-hotels as important. In 2008, Dalian star-hotels got business income 2.4490943 billion yuan, is twice as 2003. As the hot development of star-hotels, in the meantime, star-hotels has gradually formed a complete space layout structure:it is just like a circular. Zhongshan Square is in the center, and others to high price area and centered around the road. At last, using concentration index, we calculate out Dalian star-hotels space distribution highly concentrated.Dalian from the form of city to be colonial rule stage to liberation, in this long history, went through from a small fishing village to the main economic center. If we want to explore the deep reason of space agglomeration of dalian star-hotels, we should learn the development of economic, social, historical and geographical in thousands years. This paper, we set about the features of Zhongshan Square as the spatial distribution of the center:on from the beginning of the early concentration to the development and change of modern hotels, in order to look for clues between history and the present. To analyze the influence factors of the development of economic and social, and draw distribution reasons. Then use existing distribution characteristics to analyze the cause of cluster. At last put forward some suggestion of the future development.In this paper, taking Dalian star-hotels as the research object, I want to discuss the following aspects:The first part is consist of the first chapter of introduction, and the second chapter of literature review. The first chapter summarizes the theory foundation:location theory and cluster theory, and introduces the background, the research significance, the research method, the study frame, innovation and insufficient. The second chapter combs the related research of both at home and abroad.The second part is the text of this paper, including chapter three, four and five. Chapter three introduces the space distribution characteristics in details. Firstly defined the research, then from the present situation of the development of Dalian star-hotels to expound the prospect, allude to the importance of the study; Finally research distribution characteristics from different angles, point out its uneven distribution of the present situation. Make use of the graphic analysis method we can see the agglomeration, and further use intensive degree and concentration index to calculate a high concentration state. The fourth chapter from the space-time background, analyze the gradually formed and evolution of historical development and geographical distribution. Through the prototype of the city and the shipping of the birth, we analysis the early agglomeration beginning from there; And then through the prosperity of concession, port and traffic to analyze the formation of the business district; According to the star-hotels' opening time of the liberation, discussing the development and change of dalian star-hotels in different time, we come to that the stage of city planning and policy have decisive influence to the special distribution of star-hotels. Chapter 5 further analyze the reason of the cluster according to dalian star-hotels current distribution situation:from CBD, land price, transportation, tourist attractions. Analyze how star-hotels effect space distribution.The third part is the conclusion and suggestion parts. Summarizes the hotel distribution and the present situation of high concentration; The relationship between concentration and the urban development phenomenon geography, history background; Under the modern city area development planning and policy, the agglomeration development course and development trend. Above is the main factor of the agglomeration. But from the characteristics of the cluster, CBD, land price, transportation and tourism attraction are directly led to the formation of the gathered, and these factors are also have contact. Finally give suggestion about the hotel development in the future. From the regional perspective, Zhongshan area development situation is saturated, in the short term won't growth; Xigang area is in steady growth; Shahekou area and ganjingzi area have great potential for future development. From the lever of the structure, four and five star-hotels have lager distribution; three star-hotels basic a saturation; One and two star-hotels are the least. According to these, this paper puts forward regional structure adjustment, level scale adjustment, hotel type adjustment and development many center of development. |
