The evolutions from the inter-industry competitions to the economy competition between countries and areas are being made with the integration of the global economy. While the inter-industry competition is actually becoming the competitions of many inter-industry value chains. Then the structural improvements of the industry value chains are made an unprecedented strategic development. However, the studies about the industry value chains are mainly focus on the qualitative descriptions at present, and there are few papers for the quantitative studies due to the lake of quantitative indexes and the difficulties to obtain the data.In the present dissertation, based on the recent papers at home and abroad, development the Ising model to analyses the influence of the correlations between the links in the value net to the effects of the whole net. When the initial return is high the expected utility increasing with the correlations, it will decrease with the dropping of correlations when the initial return is poor. Moreover, when the value chains extend in lengthways and breadth wise, how the links in the value chains find their best partners are also been discussed.Finally, take biopharmaceutical industrial value chain as an example, the structural equation model was applied to obtain the correlation indexes between every links in the value chains. Furthermore, base on this model the main chain of biopharmaceutical industrial value chain were studied, and the methods were offered to improve the cooperative relationships between the links and to optimize the structure of the biopharmaceutical industrial value chains.
