In recent years, Hangzhou has developed the unique housing security system.The housing condition of low-income families has been greatly improved. However,due to the higher absolute level of housing prices, low-priced goods in a seriousshortage and other reasons, some low-income families and highly educatedimmigrants in cities can't lease or purchase a home through the market to solve thehousing problems. Social problems have aroused a lot of concern. Therefore,developing public rental housing and exploring the supply mechanism, become thefocus of housing security research.First, we study the literature of public rental housing, and then select somerepresentative foreign countries and regions ,whose pilot work has has been carriedout, draw on the advanced form of housing security experience, at last sum up thesupply model of public rental housing. The research on the supply model provides areasonable theoretical basis. Meanwhile, we choose 423 low-income families, newgraduate students and entrepreneurs as research objects, make a quantitative analysisof the Demand characteristics for public rental housing, combined with practicalsecurity needs of Hangzhou, propose the actually operational and specific measures.Studies suggest that in the "five-second" period, Hangzhou city government shouldfocus on the construction of public rental housing as a priority, improve the supplymechanism, enhance the efficiency of operation and management, to ensuresustainable operation of the security room. |
