A Study On International Business Strategy Of Cyecgc

With the accelerating process of globalization and the rapid development of Chinese enterprises, as the large-scale state-owned construction enterprise, China Yunnan Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (CYCEGC) is seizing the strategic opportunity of "Bridgehead" and "Go Global" to explore its overseas markets actively, during which it has formed certain advantages of brand, geography and industry. Now the company has gradually developed a business strategy of "One Nation, One Policy". Particularly CYCEGC has proposed a new thinking that "Develop the international business and make itself strong and large in the overseas markets with the huge international business idea of taking the investment and engineering contracting as the double wheel drive" under the idea of "Transfer Mode, Adjust Structure" by Yunnan Provincial SASAC. The international business of the company has come to the new beginning of second creation, therefore, it is urgent to sum up the past, clarify ideas, and develop strategies to guide our work.In this article, the basic theories and analysis tools of strategy management like SWOT are used to study and analyze the preparation and execution of the international business strategy of CYCEGC.By a summary and research of recent international business of CYCEGC, the article will raise some suggestion on the guiding principles and development strategies for the future, in order to fully promote the development of international business, and, to a certain extent, to provide reference for enterprises in Yunnan Province about going global.
